To change or cancel a booking, contact us through KakaoTalk or by phone (+65 90116170). For external supplier bookings such as flights, hotels, golf courses, cruises and admission tickets, the supplier's own cancellation rules apply first. For the vehicle, guide and meal services Genie Tour provides directly, refunds are 100% up to 30 days before the travel start date, 80% at 29–15 days, 50% at 14–8 days, 20% at 7–3 days, and none from 2 days before. If we cancel a trip for our own reasons, we notify you at least 15 days ahead and refund in full. See Articles 6 and 7 of the Travel Terms & Conditions for details.

We accept international bank transfer and card payment. For cards we send a payment link, payable with a Korean-issued Visa or Mastercard that supports international payments. The deposit is 50% of the total trip price and we send the booking confirmation once it arrives; the balance is due 7 days before the travel start date (bookings within 7 days are paid in full at booking). Prices are set in Singapore dollars; any Korean-won amount on the quotation or invoice is converted at the rate stated there, and if you pay within the deadline we never charge extra for later exchange-rate movements. Transfer and card fees are borne by the customer.

No. The quoted amount applies without an expiry date. We re-quote only if the number of travellers, the dates or the room basis (twin share as a rule) change, and if government taxes, airport taxes or fuel surcharges rise after confirmation we explain the reason and amount first and pass them on at actual cost only.

Passport copies received for hotel bookings and SG Arrival Card submission are deleted within 30 days of submission. They are shared only with airlines, hotels and local suppliers (in Singapore, Malaysia and other destinations) to the extent needed for your trip, and managed under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Airport pickup runs on advance reservation. Share your flight details and arrival time, and a Korean-speaking driver will wait at the arrival gate with a name sign. We wait free of charge even if your flight is delayed.

Yes, communication in Korean is available. We guide based on 30 years living in Singapore and an STB guide licence, and even if English or the local language is difficult, our team supports you through every step.
