1. Purpose

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using travel consultation, itinerary planning, booking support, vehicle arrangements, guide connections, and related services provided by GENIE TOUR PTE. LTD. through its website and communication channels.

By using the website or requesting consultation or booking support, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted these Terms.

3. Scope of Services

The company may provide customized itinerary planning, attraction and activity booking support, airport and vehicle transfer arrangements, guide and interpretation connections, group operation consultation, and local travel information for Singapore and nearby regions.

For each product, the included items, exclusions, fees, cancellation conditions, operating hours, and preparation requirements will be governed by the quotation, message, email, or separate notice provided before booking confirmation.

Services provided by third parties, including airlines, hotels, attractions, transport providers, restaurants, and activity operators, may also be subject to those providers' own terms and policies.

4. Bookings and Contract Formation

A consultation request alone does not confirm a booking. A booking is confirmed only after the company provides the itinerary, number of participants, fees, payment terms, and cancellation conditions, the customer accepts them, and any required payment or guarantee process is completed.

After confirmation, details may still be adjusted due to local conditions, traffic, weather, facility changes, or provider circumstances. The company will offer alternatives where reasonably possible.

Customers must provide accurate information required for the booking, including names, contact details, travel dates, group size, ages, pickup locations, and special requests.

Booking confirmations, quotations, messages, or emails will, where applicable, set out the main travel product details, fees, payment terms, cancellation terms, contact details, and other booking conditions.

5. Fees and Payment

Service fees may vary depending on the product, number of participants, date, vehicle type, guide language, local provider fees, and exchange rates.

Personal expenses, meals, admission tickets, tips, additional transfers, overtime, and on-site additional requests that are not included in the quotation may be charged separately.

Payment method, payment deadline, deposit, and balance terms will be provided for each booking. Delayed payment may affect availability or pricing.

Customers should make payment only through official payment channels provided by the company and must not make payment to a personal bank account belonging to an employee, representative, or third party.

After payment or deposit confirmation, the company will provide a receipt, invoice, or payment confirmation with a fee breakdown where reasonably applicable.

6. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

Requests to change or cancel a booking must be made through the contact channels provided by the company, such as email, phone, or KakaoTalk.

The company will inform customers of applicable cancellation terms and any cancellation fees or costs before or at booking confirmation.

Cancellation fees and refund availability depend on the product provider's policy, booking date, scheduled service date, costs already incurred, and whether tickets or vehicles have been confirmed.

Even where a refund is available, bank fees, card fees, exchange-rate differences, third-party provider fees, and confirmed or already-used costs may be deducted.

If the main travel product details change, including for reasons outside the company's control, the company will inform the customer as soon as reasonably possible and explain available alternatives, change options, or cancellation procedures according to applicable law and provider policies.

7. Travel Insurance

Customers are advised to consider suitable travel insurance for illness, accidents, delays, loss, cancellation costs, and other travel-related risks.

Unless the company expressly sells or arranges an insurance product, the customer is responsible for deciding whether to purchase insurance, checking the coverage, and handling any claim under the insurance policy.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for checking and preparing passports, visas, entry requirements, travel insurance, health conditions, and requirements for minors.

Customers must follow local laws, facility rules, safety instructions, agreed meeting times, and vehicle or guide operation standards.

Customers may be responsible for losses or additional costs caused by delays, no-shows, excessive change requests, inappropriate conduct, or failure to follow safety instructions.

9. Limitation of Liability

The company provides services with reasonable care and diligence. However, liability may be limited for matters outside the company's direct control, including third-party provider changes, traffic, weather, accidents, loss, illness, entry denial, or personal circumstances of the customer.

Travel information published on the website is for general guidance only, and local rules and operating conditions may change at any time.

10. Intellectual Property and Website Use

The company name, logo, photos, text, design, structure, and website content belong to the company or their lawful rights holders.

Customers may not copy, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially use website content without the company's prior written consent.

Customers must not interfere with website operation, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or distribute malicious code.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and service use are interpreted under the laws of Singapore.

If a dispute arises, the company and customer will first try to resolve it through good-faith discussion. If it cannot be resolved by discussion, it may be handled by the relevant authority or court process.

12. Changes to These Terms

The company may update these Terms due to service operation needs, legal changes, or third-party provider policy changes.

Updated Terms take effect when posted on the website. Important changes will be announced separately where reasonably possible.
